Particular "Parti" Emphasis is a Delegate, a member of Reunion, and Baldwin Home's protégé.[1]
History and Involvement
While Parti is a member of Jade Kill's Delegate resistance arm, she is on loan to the Communication & Outreach division of Grey Pond.
She has taken over Baldwin Home's pirate radio show following his death, according to his wishes. Her first broadcast is heard in the "Honesty and Integrity Pt. 1" opening.[2]
