Panther J Perkins is the sales manager for The Bluffington Beach Coin and Slot. He has business cards, which make a roaring sound that transforms into a purr when handed to another person. These cards list his contact details, along with the phrase “with Panther the price is always purrrfect”.
When seen in Engines on the Track Pt. 2, he is dressed in a bad suit with sunglasses tucked into the pocket in such a way that you can see them “almost like a piece of flair”, and slicked back hair.
