Kay is the cashier of the Dim Liturgy's primary monastery on Palisade. They are a BIS spy operating in Violet Cove.

Their name appears in spies.txt. Coriolis Sunset attempts to apprehend them during a battle at the monastery, but fails. Kay is the first of the identified spies at the monastery to escape.[1]
