Red Frame Pluperfect is the robotic father of famous racer, Absolute Pluperfect. They have a limited ability to work as a lie detector, though it's possible they just have a good sense of people (rather than it being an electric ability).
In addition to their interest in the racing scene, they and their child have holdings in several businesses. They work as the CEO and owner of one of these businesses, The Bluffington Beach Coin and Slot.
They look like a simplified, more obviously robotic version of Absolute, and are described as being similar in appearance to a red chrome version of the robots from iRobot[1].
