Opposition is a Divine who has long been enslaved by the Divine Principality for the purpose of creating Delegates. One such Delegate is Eclectic Opposition.

It remains buried beneath a castle and/or experimental research facility somewhere on Palisade, where it is tortured into producing Delegates.
