Luce is the owner/operator of a hot air balloon in 1800s Bluff City. She is 6 feet tall.
It is a family business, and she has been catching things falling off balloons since she was six. Her father owned a hot air balloon, and her mother was a balloon walker (walking between two hot air balloons). Despite this legacy, she has a very relaxed attitude about ballooning.
Her hot air balloon is spherical in shape, with classic red white and blue stripes and the words "The Luce Guce" on the side with a chariot and a cherub cloud. This balloon would later be procured by Absolute Pluperfect as part of their memorabilia collection.[1]
