Baldwin Home, aka "Black Screen", is a member of the Concrete Front's resistance on Palisade and the host of a popular pirate radio show.

History and Involvement[edit | edit source]

Baldwin Home operates a pirate broadcast station from the caves of Sinder Karst, and is able to black out the screens of devices he projects on.

He attended the masquerade on the Isle of the Broken Key.[1]

He was assassinated by the BIS on air during an episode of his show, as heard in the opening of "How It Always Looks Pt. 1" and confirmed in-show by Gucci Garantine.[2] Following his death, his radio show is taken over by his protégé Parti, according to his wishes.[3]
