Melinda Guppy is a young woman who worked at Gadgets By Guppy on Kingfish Pier in Bluff City in 1899. This stall is owned by her father and sells elaborate beachside inventions. It is a job Melinda deeply hates, and she is always looking for an opportunity to quit.
She is a huge fan of the barrel music (“[the songs] all sound the same but I’ll swear that they don’t”).
