Broker Treequote is a senior broker from the Scrivener's Guild. He is called in to audit the activities of the Society of Banners and Bright Returns following the group's participation in the joint Oxblood/HORIZON operation in Orzen.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

He looks like a British secret agent who might appear in a John le Carré novel: middle-aged, receding hairline, horn-rimmed glasses, brown suit with yellow tie.[1]

Personality[edit | edit source]

He is severe, but not cruel.[1]

History and Involvement[edit | edit source]

Following SBBR's return from Orzen, the Scrivener's Guild sends Broker Treequote to investigate SBBR and determine whether they are running unregulated operations. He grills Kal'mera Broun about their actions in Orzen and their connection with Gucci Garantine, emphasizing the importance of the Guild's relationship with Stel Nideo.

Despite his apparent dubiousness about Broun's responses to his questions, he lets them off with a metaphor about buying milk and a warning.[1]
