The Scrivener's Guild is an organization of (armed) clerks who mediate negotiations, draft contracts, and keep records of all industrial, commercial, and private business operations with Orion-aligned organizations. They were unhappy with SBBR’s performance pre-Kingdom game, but still proceeded to join Millennium Break. SBBR's contact in the organization, K.O. Rooke, works as a broker in the Guild, using her expertise to dispatch and guide mercenary units across Partizan.
