Kingfish Pier is an outdoor mall n Bluff City. Although it was originally a very popular section of the boardwalk, it began to lose business after the opening of the Golden Fortune mall.
In an attempt to bring in new customers towards the end of summer in 1899, a hot air balloon attraction was installed, staffed by a rotation of staff from other stalls and shops along the Kingfish Pier.
