Void people, or void kids as they are sometimes known, are fictional characters who were brought into the 'real world' through the tapes of the Tunnel Project.

Sometimes people who were originally from the three cities get stuck in the Tunnel Project tapes and become ghostly versions of themselves. This causes them to be forgotten by the people who once knew them. They're called television ghosts by CC, Frankie, Ronny, and Nolan.
