KRK-56 is the Stel Orion long haul freighter SOV Feldspar Blue.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Perched along his hull are many AdArm Scourge units—mosquito-like mechs that KRK can pilot remotely. The interior of his ship is like a really fancy old hotel: there's a reception desk, big four-person cabins, candy machines built like old cigarette machines, carpeting, and lots of "lush and plush" decor. There's also a U-shaped conversation pit where passengers can Velcro themselves to the floor so they don't fly away in zero G.[1]
Personality[edit | edit source]
He is a cheerful but pragmatic guy who just wants to deliver his cargo through the Partizan gate. He's got pals everywhere, and doesn't have a problem with revolutionaries but would prefer to complete his job for the people who are paying him.[1]
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
KRK encounters the Blue Channel (undercover as the Tallgeese) during its maiden voyage, while both ships are waiting at a Portcullis gate exiting the Partizan system. He makes conversation with Broun about the unusually long wait and unexpected lack of traffic at the gate. When the Blue Channel crew investigates, reactivates the gate, and realizes it was boobytrapped as part of a plan by the Pact of Necessary Venture, KRK agrees to take Eiden Teak, Si'dra Balos, Avar, Ryrira, and M'reb through the gate to safety when he goes.[1]
