Stel Apostolos is a Stel of the Divine Principality. They are the newest of the Stels, having joined after a plot by the Apokine to assassinate the Princept of Stel Kesh was foiled.[1] As a Stel, they are now guided by an iconic, but controversial leader -- Dahlia.
They have universal conscription and are the strongest military force in the empire. They are also have the most aliens among their numbers.
