Memoria is a mineral found on Partizan with high information storage capacity. It is primarily mined by the Columnar in the Memoria Teardrop.

A large cache of Memoria is discovered in the Equiaxed commune under Vigil City, and Gur Sevraq identifies these as being the 'eyes of the Exemplar' that they were tasked with finding. When Millennium Break moves to save the commune, they are forced to leave behind the eyes, and they fall into the hands of the Columnar. Many are later destroyed by Valence to keep them out of the Curtain's hands, though some are stolen by Millennium Break, and at least one is traded to the Witch in Glass.

Clarified and Formatted Memoria

The Sable Court "developed a process by which they were able to “reveal” the truth of Memoria gems, which allows the already potent material to conjure and confer the miraculous." In other words, they find and use the information that was already on the Memoria. Clarified Memoria is seen used to project holograms and facilitate long-range communication across Partizan.

The Columnar instead format Memoria to use it as high capacity hard drives which remain unaffected by the Perennial Wave. This writes over any information that was previously present in the gems.
