The Faction Game is played by Austin, Dre and Sylvi during COUNTER/Weight. It focuses on the overarching world of the Golden Branch changing between the missions of The Chime. It is played using a combination of rules from Stars Without Number and Microscope. Each player takes on the role of different characters from different factions as they vie against each other for their own goals. Sylvi's special focus is the Odamas Fleet (which she designed) and Dre's is Snowtrak Synergies, but everyone is all free to create new characters and play in scenes for any faction.
