Seabed City is a bombed-out dome city taken over by the Iron Choir. The protective dome over the city has been partly destroyed, exposing the interior to the harsh atmosphere of Counterweight. The Divine Order protrudes through the dome, with its head bowed as if in prayer.
The protection of Order and the golden orb held within it allows residents to grow farms in the dome, which are partially supported by raids and supplies shipped in from Iron Choir members elsewhere. The city contains restaurants, churches, open boulevards, and other normal elements of any city, but unlike other cities on Counterweight, is much quieter, without any of the information overload of the Mesh.
