The Concretetown Particulars are a paramilitary, militia-like group formed by New Earth Hegemony citizens who wanted to fight back against the 'weirdness' of the Mirage. They specialize in destroying Axioms, Divines, and other things which defy human understanding, primarily through use of a substance known as Q-concrete.
Members of the Particulars often carry Q-concrete batons or bats.[1] When they're not near structures made of Q-concrete, most members are only able to breathe using a special apparatus that injects concentrated amounts of the Mirage into the air they inhale. This is because of a mistake the NEH made when it first started expanding Q-concrete to areas outside of Concretetown.
