The Company of the Spade is a veteran mercenary unit on Partizan, and was one of the groups that formed Millennium Break. It's members are majority space miners, who specialised in working in dangerous environments. They’ve been brought to Partizan to combine both types of expertise.
The Company has a core tenant of trying to help its members ensure that their bodies work as best they can, with an awareness that all bodies are different. Some of the hostile environments that the group works in require that the members modify their bodies, making it easier to work under those conditions. Additionally, due to the danger of working in these environments, several of the members of the Company of the Spade were wounded during their work.[1]
They are a worker led organisation, similar to the Oxblood Clan.
