HORIZON is a radical-reformist group in the Divine Principality. Their goal is to drive out what it perceives as corruption in an empire that ought be pursuing noble (instead of selfish) ends. However, in the popular consciousness, they are a radical, anti-Principality terrorist organization.

Historically, HORIZON worked to keep the power of the galactic core out of the hands of the Principality, placing it under the control of Perennial (and starting the Perennial Wave).

Currently, on Partizan they are led by Gucci Garantine. They are part of Millennium Break.

HORIZON is funded by Stel Kesh’s House Brightline.
