Although [[Waxwing]] believed him to be responsible, [[Goldfinch]] believed the evidence was insufficient, and [[Florence Slowly]]'s case did not come together.

Mr E Masque is an antihero operating in Bluff City (and other locations). He is generally considered to be on the wrong side of the law but "mostly trustworthy".
