Alandra Alvarez aka Thresher is a 22-year-old Bluff City supervillain. She also works as a cart-pusher at Royce's Roll Carts.
As Thresher, she mainly hits casinos, banks, and other people with money/celebrities while they visited Bluff City (she once robbed the prize to a prize fight on fight night). The truck robbery she participated in at the beginning of "When Justice Is Done" is a more public job than she would normally do.
She is described as a Latina shark-woman with dyed silvery-blue hair, with grey skin with white features, fins on her arms, big sharp teeth, and a sharp shark tail.

Alandra is a recently empowered individual, as a result of the meteor that exploded after Grouse, Mr Good, Paternoster, and The Champ fought the Eel King/Eel Cult.
She has the appearance of a shark, and her tail can cut people. She also has illusionist powers, which helps her disguise her identity (even from more experienced superheros like Waxwing).
Thresher also has lackeys who assist her in crime. They wear shark masks. The only named lackey so far is Jeremy.
