Agent Ward is a Senior Agent on Deep Blue deployment in Blough City, known to some in Bluff City by the pseudonym Leslie Strada. She was once an agent for the Blough City-aligned faction of The Concern as a double agent but betrayed them to work for the Bluff City-aligned faction as a triple agent.
She coerced Chris into joining The Concern. She was also Agent Heard's supervisor in "Messy Business", monitoring his loyalty to her faction.
She is described as looking similar to Katherine Hepburn. When seen in "There Is No Greater Love", she wears a Coast Guard uniform and a long peacoat with her hair up.
