Solemn Scale is the leader of the bio-regional democratic Parhelian faction of the Qui Err and a prominent member of the Qui Err Coalition.
They have grey skin and red hair, "like Demona from Gargoyles, the cartoon that is good". They have skin-covered 'horns' that grow out from their forehead and "wrap behind them and kind of twirl". They are big, tall and broad-shouldered with a wide, square chin and bright eyes. They are also said to resemble Ryoma from Fire Emblem and to have the build of Zarya from Overwatch.[1]
