Moonlock is one of the eight planets formed from the living world of Quire during the Miracle of the Mirage. It is theoretically a New Earth Hegemony world, but it's also the location of the Sky Reflected in Mirrors, as well as the Qui Err Assembly, and home to a faction of the NEH known as the Concrete Town Particulars.
There is a region of the planet, on the side facing Volition, known as the Kajj Umbra (after the first person to cross it), which is especially prone to axiomatic activity.
Fourteen Fifteen lived on Moonlock during the year directly following the Miracle.
