The Ithikos family are an Apostolosian organized crime family which controls day-to-day matters in the Sill and in particular the Cerulean casino. The head of the family is Blue Ithikos, who has three children: Teal, Sky, and Little Blue. The family was already wealthy and established in the Sill before the Golden War.

They favor tactics of leverage and opportunism to ensnare customers.

They are powerful in the Sill, with the ability to detain and punish those who transgress the Cerulean's rules. However, they share power with the CCT and Tourist Union, do not control the Sill’s police, and have regular street conflict with the Revenants.
