WineQ(圈9)'s outfit is a long dress made of layers of translucent black and shiny purple material, with a black leather corset and a headpiece shaped like dragons (possibly dragoons), and Captain Flashback's is the same, except it's made of brown leather and brown cloth rather than the black and purple in the reference.
