Agent Ward is a Senior Agent on Deep Blue deployment in Blough City, known to some in Bluff City by the pseudonym Leslie Strada. She was once an agent for the Blough City-aligned faction of The Concern as a double agent but betrayed them to work for the Bluff City-aligned faction as a triple agent.
She coerced Chris into joining The Concern. She was also Agent Heard's supervisor in "Messy Business", monitoring his loyalty to her faction.
