Jace Rethal, later Dr. Jace Rethal, is a famous OriCon pilot. His mech is the Panther.

Jace was an ace pilot for OriCon during the war. He originally flew an iridescent white Rook with green detailing before joining the Kingdom and acquiring the Panther.
Jace is the author of These Mundane Gods: A Treatise on the Diasporan Divines in the Golden Era,[3] the lecture series "Man-Made Clouds: the Creation and Control of Strati in the Golden Branch Star Sector",[4] Overcoming the Problem of Other Minds[5] and (excerpted from one of his longer works) The Treatise on Change.[6][7]
