Mechnoir is a game by Jeremy Keller. It is a hack of his cyberpunk game Technoir, adding mechs to the mix. Mechnoir is played in COUNTER/Weight during The Chime's first missions, until COUNTER/Weight 10: Drawing Clocks, where they switch to The Sprawl.
