Clarence B Grimes was the villainous and corrupt police chief in the fictional movie The Eighty Six. In the movie, he was played by Blake Blossum.
He is more involved in the day to day operations of the BCPD than a chief should be. He has his hands in everything, “checking in” around the city in all aspects of crime. Despite this, he presents the image of cleanliness.
