Vice-Warden Tetragon is a robotic being who works in Contrition's Figure. They normally help to run the prison, but became lost in it when the Mesh city was created.

Tetragon's body is an orb, about twice the size of a basketball, which displays a simple square face with two eyes and a mouth.
