Slighter is a planet in the Perseus arm of the Golden Branch star sector. It is an abandoned Diasporan colony and contains an archive of ancient technology. It is the power center of the Ethnologistical Committee for a More Prosperous Golden Branch. It has a population in the hundreds of thousands.
