The Righteous Regent is a Queen custom variant of the Minerva Rook, in the vein of Tea Kenridge's Queen Custom. It is all black, with lights around its joints ranging in color from white to gold. It is equipped with many weapons, including Jace's white blade; it also contains Righteousness.
