Agent Duke is a Concern agent who works in Cursor Mnemonic Exploration (CME). He trained under Agent Wagner and was the mentor agent to Chris Andrews.
An incident while in Blough City caused him to leave the city suddenly during a mission, and his subsequent reinsertion proved impossible for unknown reasons. After this time he was taken off active assignments. He has a laid back attitude about this change of assignment.
He does still have a presence in Blough City, although he is not active in the missions there the way that lower-level agents are. He finds his current work “challenging in a different way”.
He is known for his clever mind and quick wit. He often chews gum.
