Vanya De La Vega is the unofficial leader of the Sailors of the Ark, an anti-authority commune of teens and children based on the Ark-en-Ciel A-movement Park.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Vanya is a 19-year-old human who's half Indian/half Dominican in appearance. Her hair is sharp and knife-like, prismatic, and curves around her face. It could be metal. She wears dark eye and lip makeup, glasses with big black plastic frames, and a high fashion ringmaster outfit. The outfit itself is blue with black lapels, gold detailing, and black pants. Underneath the coat she wears a white dress shirt with a chromatic tie.
