The Odamas Fleet is a ragtag fleet of pirates and mercs established by the rat people of Kalliope. Their flagship is the Yersinia. They have bases of operation throughout the Golden Branch, and "tax" the movement of supplies and people.
Despite their loose sense of morals, they tend to welcome in particularly lost and/or marginalized people. For example, in "A Ship of Seeds" they have a stealth unit which includes cast-off sentient work robots sent to them by Minerva Mining and Mechanics.
Their initial goal in the Faction Game is "bloody the enemy": inflict damage on an enemy faction equal to their own total force, cunning and wealth ratings.
