Kitcha Kanna is the bird leader (avian boss) of the Advent Group, overseeing Advent's operations inside the Mirage. Previously the chief expeditionary of Advent Discovery and Salvage Society technological arm in the Quire system, based on Gift-3, Kanna was able to maneuver himself into leading Advent throughout the sector after the merger that created the Advent Group.

A Talonite, Kanna is a feathered dinosaur person, with big feathered wings and a large beak - he looks like a bearded vulture. His biology and multiple brains also allow him to process information from multiple audio sources at once, including frequencies painful or inaudible to the human ear.

Born in squalor on a labor planet, Kanna believes strongly in the ability and necessity of people to improve their own circumstances through shrewdness and determination. He is cruel, and enjoys causing others pain.
