As the second cousin of someone in a big wrestling dynasty family, Lenny Reed fell into a career in wrestling for Promenade Wrestling more out of habit than any particular enthusiasm for the work.
Within Promenade, there are a mix of people who think Lenny is fine and people who are frustrated with him due to his lack of passion, as he is a skilled wrestler who sees wrestling as a 9-to-5 job. Jake the Jackal is an odd mixture of both, as he believes Lenny should have more respect or him but also does not remember Lenny's name (“that weird guy should respect me!”).
He doesn't have any particular love for the spotlight, although he is a competent professional, seeking out those who he has matches with before the show starts to talk through the beats of the match and the signals for each move.
Previously, he was tag team partners with Chuck Buckly, who split with him as he believed Lenny was holding him back.
Erica Rizzo is close to him, believing that management should give him better matches because of his work level.
Lenny chose a vampire aesthetic, despite "not even being goth".
Count Faustolfe the Third Persona
COUNT FAUSTOFLE THE THIRD!
HE’LL SUCK YOUR BLOOD! WE THINK? WE DOUBT JAKE WILL LIKE THAT! WE DOUBT IT A LOT!
Hailing from "parts unknown", Count Faustolfe the Third is a centuries-old vampire gimmick like "if Gangrel was less subtle", with a "rich north-eastern elitist" personality.
His wrestling attire is a 10x11 stovepipe hat, velvet coat, jabot necktie, red contacts, and a comically large cross necklace. When he enters the ring, he takes the coat, hat, and necklace off but leaves the necktie on.
For his entrance, the lights of the arena are switched off, with an organ music cover of 'Hall of the Mountain King'. As he always loses, the audience chants “start the count” as he walks to the ring.
Count Faustolfe is the master of the Dracula Pin, and also uses the move known as the Garlic Clutch.
