Tawny Buck is a former pro boxer and current boxing trainer and owner of the Firebird Gym. During her time as a boxing trainer she also worked in a semi-undercover capacity for the IRS during their investigation of Sonny Veranda’s underground boxing ring, which one of her boxers, Doyle MacKaye, took part in.
After Doyle’s defeat of Achilles Apollo, Tawny’s gym became very popular with those wanting to learn her secret “firebird punch’, and this popularity would later give her a role in the movie The Eighty Six (in which she had a cameo as herself).
In addition to her work in the boxing world, she is also self-taught in graphic design.
