Max Roach is an assassin and bounty hunter under the employ of Castlerose and one of a cadre of jazz-themed assassins who were sent to collect Grand Magnificent for the Marquis of Transport and Fashion. Roach is a ripped 6'0 tall man wearing a white dress shirt, dress jacket and dress pants.
His 10' power suit is called the Glorious Monster. It has a simplistic face and metallic green and deep maroon musculature. Roach has to remove his shirt and pants to enter it; it's an extension of his body.
