“
Jim, you're incredibly, incredibly legal, and we need you to hide a spacecraft. [...] The ship is astonishingly illegal.”
J-m 27 (pronounced like the name "Jim") is a dutiful bot that’s worked manifest services at every port on Counterweight. Their current position is at the Rethal-Addax Spaceport. They are fully sentient, and do their job because they like it. They are endearing, knowledgeable, and mechanical.
J-m is very good at helping illegal things pass through customs unnoticed; they helped get Cass's mech onto Counterweight, and get the Kingdom Come off-planet during the Golden War anniversary celebrations. After all, since no one wants to see illegal things, they've got to be hidden.
They are known to listen to music in the spaceport cafeteria during their breaks. J-m is also possibly (depending on how in character everyone was being) a fan of Breaking Bad, which would explain a lot.
They have antennae on the sides of their face, which move to help them emote. They have a lot of cameras: some on their face, one on their chest, and two on the back of their shoulders. The J-m model is very similar to the Automated Dynamics model, with a few modifications between them.
