The Cash4Coats franchise is owned by Chip "Chip Directly" DiReclio. It is an extremely legitimate clothing business that has three locations across Bluff City.
Heart of Bluff City Location
Located on the Boardwalk, this location is open 24 hours. It is primarily aimed at tourists, with lots of stuff for tourists to buy including t-shirts that looks like a peacoats with a little button airbrushed on the front that says ‘I went to bluff city and all I got was…” on the front and on the back says "the original cash4coats t-shirt".
Original Location
Located in the residential area. It has a pawn shop-y charm, filled with stuff people who live in Bluff City would pawn.
The "Original" Location
Located in a big shopping plaza away from the Boardwalk, this is location that Chip has put the most money into. It is only really used by out of towners.
