The Amprunner is Even Gardner's mech, custom-designed by Grand Magnificent prior to the crew's arrival on Quire. After the Miracle of the Mirage, semi-sentient Amprunners became a native species on Gift-3.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

The Amprunner is a catlike quadruped with weathered purple paint and orange accents. It is designed to appear deceptively weak and worn-out, lulling opponents into complacency until it's too late.

Special engravings on the outside of the mech cause it to produce a loud but glitchy-sounding lion's roar (akin to a first-generation Pokemon cry) when it enters the atmosphere from orbit.

There is a secret, covered compartment in the back end for Grand to hang out in.
