Tetsuya Mori is the captain of a Heresy Unit in the Rapid Evening known as the Eclipse. He led an attack on Grace and rescued Kira Voight, cutting off Grace's arm in the process.
Mori is a bigger guy with functional muscle who is around 30, but looks older "because of the amount of shit he's seen". He is also described as very military and very severe.
