Fall of Magic is a game by Ross Cowman with illustrations by Doug Keith and Taylor Dow. It was featured in a three-part Live at the Table series later released onto the public podcast feed in September 2018 (Live at the Table: Fall of Magic Pt. 1, 2, and 3).
“
Magic is dying, and the Magus is dying with it. We travel together to the realm of Umbra where magic was born.”
– Fall of Magic tagline
In Fall of Magic, players guide their characters across a scroll depicting their journey, using its description, illustrations, and open-ended prompts to develop their world and narrative.
Live at the Table later featured Cowan's subsequent game BFF!, which was played at the SHUX live show.
