COUNT FAUSTOFLE THE THIRD! HE’LL SUCK YOUR BLOOD! WE THINK? WE DOUBT JAKE WILL LIKE THAT! WE DOUBT IT A LOT!
Hailing from "parts unknown", Count Faustolfe the Third is a centuries-old vampire gimmick like "if Gangrel was less subtle", with a "rich north-eastern elitist" personality. His wrestling attire is a 10x11 stovepipe hat, velvet coat, jabot necktie, red contacts, and a comically large cross necklace. When he enters the ring, he takes the coat, hat, and necklace off but leaves the necktie on.
For his entrance, the lights of the arena are switched off, with an organ music cover of 'Hall of the Mountain King'. As he always loses, the audience chants “start the count” as he walks to the ring.
Count Faustolfe is the master of the Dracula Pin, and also uses the move known as the Garlic Clutch.
Relationships[edit | edit source]
Within Promenade, there are a mix of people who think Lenny is fine and people who are frustrated with him due to his lack of passion, as he is a skilled wrestler who sees wrestling as a 9-to-5 job. Jake the Jackal is an odd mixture of both, as he believes Lenny should have more respect for him but also does not remember Lenny's name (“that weird guy should respect me!”).
Previously, he was tag team partners with Chuck Buckly, who split with him as he believed Lenny was holding him back.
Erica Rizzo is close to him, believing that management should give him better matches because of his work level.
Abilities[edit | edit source]
- Do the Job: You are always booked to lose your matches. When your opponent pins you for the win, roll 2d6. 10+, you make them look great and they gain +1 audience. On 7-9, gain +1 Momentum or +1 Heat with them, your choice. On a botch, you bnoth lose -1 Audience. If your opponent is another player’s wrestler, roll for this when they make their finishing move.
- Career Wrestler: If you end an Episode with Audience +3 or higher, you can change to any other Gimmick. If you end an episode with Audience 0, you aren’t fired - instead your Audience is reset to +1
- Sympathetic: Roll WORK instead of AUDIENCE when you make the work the audience move.
