However, the manipulation of Righteousness worsened Addax's suspicion of Apostolos and Peace's turn towards Order. While Jace Rethal wanted to keep the weapon out of the hands of those who would misuse it, Addax tried to take it from him, and it was activated above Counterweight, devastating the planet and creating Weight. In the aftermath, Order and the weapon were left stationed halfway inside the abandoned dome. Addax went on to become a Rapid Evening agent.
