Schism is an Axiom built in secret by the Iconoclasts within the Kajj Umbra on Moonlock.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Schism is an enormous, gangly, planet-sized Axiom, seemingly constructed from polished pinkish-beige porcelain[1]. It resembles a hammerhead shark "cut straight down from the head down the torso"[2]. Whilst it is not entirely cut in half, its two halves move independently of each other. It continuously sprouts new limbs ending in thousands of sharp points, which prop it up briefly, before shattering and being replaced with new ones.[3]
Everything it touches becomes the same cracked, rosy ceramic that comprises its body.[4]
History[edit | edit source]
After Volition failed to join with Independence, it and the Iconoclasts spent the year after the Miracle of the Mirage building Schism inside the Kajj Umbra.[5]
