The Concretetown Particulars are a militia-like group formed by New Earth Hegemony citizens who wanted to fight back against the 'weirdness' of the Mirage. They specialize in destroying Axioms, Divines, and other things which defy human understanding, primarily through use of a substance known as Q-concrete.
When not in structures made of Q-concrete, most members of the Particulars are only able to breathe using a special apparatus which injects concentrated amounts of the Mirage into the air they inhale.
Following deals brokered by members of the Notion, the Particulars joined with Advent Discovery and Salvage Society, the Volunteers of Seiche, and others to form the Advent Group.
